These are general conditions governing all transactions between the

(Herein after referred to as "La Maison Tôt”)
And,
The client-user who makes a purchase on the site http://www.maison-tot.com.
Sales and orders placed on the site with La Maison Tôt are governed
exclusively by the general sales conditions as follows:
the client acknowledges, at the time of order, terms and
conditions stated on this screen and expressly declares full acceptance.
The items sold on the site are not intended for resale (shops etc ...)
but only for internet customers of La Maison Tôt.
La Maison Tôt does not intend to offer products in bulk for resale. |

| • Order |

The customer places an order by filling out the form provided on the site
« http://www.maison-tot.com ».
The order and the sales contract become final after confirmation from
lA MAISON TÔT.
Any purchase order signed by the consumers’ "double click" constitutes an
irrevocable customer acceptance with the vendor (Act of 13th March
2000 concerning electronic signatures) and cannot be questioned in the present Terms
and Conditions.
"Article 1316-3. Writing on an electronic support has the same evidential value
as writing on paper."
All orders will be charged in accordance with the applicable rate on the
site http://www.maison-tot.com on the registration date of the order.
If in spite of our vigilance, the products are unavailable, the
customer is notified by e-mail or by post.
The information provided by the customer when ordering is
binding: in case of error, LA MAISON TÔT cannot be held
responsible for being unable to deliver the product.

| • Prices |
|
Prices
Prices on each article of LA MAISON TÔT are given in euros and do not
include postage or packing.
Prices quoted include all taxes, VAT at the applicable rate in
France at the date of order, on orders posted within mainland France & CE
For other countries, prices are exclusive of VAT.
LA MAISON TÔT reserves the right to change its prices at any time but
will apply the marked price at the time of order, subject to availability on that date.

| • Method of Payment |
|
Payment is made at the time of order by credit card: MASTERCARD, EUROCARD.
In all cases banking and financial details are never disclosed to
the vendor, and are protected by the best anti-fraud technologies on the
market.
The information transmitted is encrypted by software and can not be read
during its transport on the network.
We have chosen the option of ultra secure online payment.
LA MAISON TÔT reserves the right to suspend any order and any delivery
in the event of denied authorization of credit card payment by the
officially accredited organisations or in the event of non-payment.
The customer is informed that LA MAISON TÔT can not be held responsible for
any wrongdoing or misuse of any means of payment.
The products on the site are the property of LA MAISON TÔT until the total sum
of the order is cashed in. |

| • Delivery |
|
Delivery in mainland France.
Delivery time is from 2 to 3 days, depending on the region where the
order is to be delivered, preparation time (1 to 2 days) of the order should be added to this.
Cost of delivery, including postage and packing is:
2 € VAT incl. for mainland France, for costs of delivery
on all orders equal to or less than 10 €.
4 € VAT incl. for mainland France, for costs of delivery
on orders between € 10 and € 40.
7 € VAT incl. for mainland France, for the costs of delivery
on orders between € 40 and € 70.
Delivery is free from € 70.
For other countries, the amount varies depending on the destination and
will be visible at the beginning of the purchasing process (prior to
validation).
For Europe:
All orders are sent by airmail. The delivery time is about 5 to 7 days
(plus 1 to 2 days preparation time).
For other destinations:
The delivery times can range from 3 to 12 days.
Delivery to another address:
To deliver your order to another address, it's simple. You just have to
specify when you purchase by ticking the box "Check this box if the
delivery address is different" and type in the new address.
Postage costs are billed as a supplement to the sale price of products.
Postage is via the Post Office as a "Colissimo” (priority) and countersigned upon delivery.
Contact us if you are ordering for a Work Committee or ordering in large quantities. |

| • Acceptance and proof of order |
|
The customer’s payment by credit card for every order on the site
« http://www.maison-tot.com ». entails the issuing of a certificate which is
proof of the amount and date of the transaction, conform with article 1316
of the Civil Code. |

| • Boogie Warranty |
|
The Boogie (mixed machine) is guaranteed 2 years, in case of a claim it
must be returned to LA MAISON TÔT at the client's expense in appropriate, solid packaging.
The return to you will be made at our expense. |

| • Return |
|
The transit of products ordered is at the risk of the client as soon as the goods leave our offices.
The customer must check the package upon receipt of the goods from the transporter.
Any claim for damage, partial loss or visible defect of delivered goods must be made within 3 days of receipt of the package by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to LA MAISON TÔT company headquarters.
The customer must provide the necessary proof and evidence needed to
process the claim.
In the case of claims sent back without the invoice, the product will be returned to the client, and no reimbursement will be made for postage. In addition, articles
returned incomplete, damaged, open or dirtied will not be
refunded or exchanged, and will be returned to the customer.
Beyond this term of 3 days, the goods are deemed accepted by the customer.
If the complaint is accepted by LA MAISON TÔT, the customer will have the
option of exchanging the products (depending on
availability) or taken back: once received, all articles object of the complaint will be exchanged against credit of the equivalent value.
Goods which are object of a complaint must be returned at the expense of the
customer in appropriate, solid packaging.
No return for counter-reimbursement will be accepted |

| • Cancellation period |
|
In accordance with Article L.121-20 and the following articles of the Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of 7 working days from the date of delivery of his
order, to return any unsuitable item and ask for an exchange without
penalties, except for the postal fees for the return.
The product must be returned in perfect condition, with its original
packaging intact. It must be accompanied by all its accessories
(documentation, samples and other commercial gifts initially included
in the package sent by LA MAISON TÔT)
If this is not the case, you will lose your right to cancel the order and the product will be
returned to you at your expense.
Return postage fees in the event of cancellation remain at the customer’s expense.
In case of partial cancellation of an order, LA MAISON TÔT will retain
the excess postage costs on the product(s) delivered. |

| • Computer and Freedom Act |
|
You can contact us to delete or modify personal details.
According to Law No. 78-17 of 6th January 1978 on data processing,
data files and individual liberties, the customer has a right to access,
modify, amend or delete any information concerning him or herself.
LA MAISON TÔT does not disclose to third parties information you
provide us. This is confidential. It will be used by our internal
services for the processing of your order and for reinforcing and personalizing
communication and the offer reserved to our customers, for example newsletters,
for which you can cancel a subscription.
